This notice explains, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), how the personal data of people who visit this site and use the contact form is handled.

What data I collect
Only the data you choose to enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message. To protect the form from repeated submissions I also keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, from which the address itself cannot be recovered. The site collects no other data about you.
Why I use it
Messages sent with the form are saved in a private archive on the site, which only I can access, so that I can read them and reply. I send no automatic emails and do not forward messages to anyone.
The data is used only to read your request and reply to you. It is not used for newsletters, advertising or profiling and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.
How long
I keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any contact you want to keep up, then I delete them. [to be completed: maximum retention period]
Third-party services
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): hosts the site and the archive of form messages, as a technical provider, under its privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited): if you write to me through the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on an external service, subject to its privacy policy.
- Calendly (Calendly LLC): the calendar for booking an appointment is loaded only if you click "Show the calendar" or open the Calendly link. The data you enter to book is also handled by Calendly under its privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no requests to external services. More details in the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it, by writing to info@enricotiberia.com. You can also withdraw the consent you gave, without affecting processing that has already taken place. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
